Who is The Her Arena for?
The Her Arena is open to everyone — any gender, any race, any background — who believes women’s sport deserves the biggest stage. There are 20 Founding Member spots. Each guest books individually.
What's included in the Founding Member price?
Five nights Boutique Riad 5-star accommodation, WAFCON semifinal and final match tickets, the Jersey Ceremony, welcome dinner, three group dinners, the Closing Circle, traditional hammam spa, guided cultural tours, camel riding, a Founding Member gift bag, and Founding Member lifetime status.
Not included: flights, airport transfers, travel insurance, visa fees, and personal spending.
What airport do I fly into and do you arrange flights?
Arrive at Casablanca Mohammed V International Airport (CMN). We do not arrange group flights – Founding Members are traveling in from many different countries. Book your flights independently and share your arrival details with us once confirmed.
When do I learn which hotel, restaurants, and venues we're using?
Within 48 hours of your paid deposit, you’ll receive your Founding Member Welcome Packet — a digital document with your full itinerary.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
The $700 deposit secures your Founding Member. Subsequent installments are available before July 31. No refund within 30days to the event. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
What if WAFCON reschedules or changes host cities?
If CAF updates the tournament schedule or moves a match, your Founding Member booking transfers automatically — we rearrange the logistics on our side at no cost to you. Match cities will be Casablanca, Rabat, and Fez. If the change makes attendance impossible for you, standard refund policy applies.
Do I need a visa to visit Morocco?
Many nationalities enter Morocco visa-free for up to 90 days, but requirements vary by passport. Please verify with your local Moroccan consulate well in advance. General guidance is included in your Welcome Packet, but visa eligibility is the traveler’s responsibility.
Is support available before and during the trip?
Yes. Email support is available from the moment you book through the morning you depart Morocco. Response times during the experience itself are expedited. Contact details are in your Welcome Packet.
